Section 9: Senior Director – Detailed Breakdown

Section 9 of the Riman plan is dedicated to the Senior Director rank, detailing the qualifications, rebates, and expectations for individuals at this level. It focuses on maintaining a certain number of active customers, achieving a substantial Business Points (BP) target, and structuring a strong team with Director legs.

9-1 Qualification:

  • Active Customer Requirement:
    • Senior Directors must have 5 Active Customers each month to be eligible for rebates and commissions. An Active Customer is defined as a Beauty Customer who makes a purchase during a calendar month.
    • Non-Compliance Impact: If this requirement is not met, rebates and commissions for that month are withheld.
  • BP Accumulation:
    • A total of 300,000 BP is required in a month, combining the Senior Director’s own Director Group and their 1st generation Director Group(s).
    • Contribution Limit from 1st Generation Group: A maximum of 100,000 BP can be included from a single 1st generation Director Group.
  • Team Structure:
    • Senior Directors are required to have 2 Director legs within their team structure.

9-2 Eligible Rebate:

  • Personal Purchase Rebate:
    • Senior Directors receive a 45% rebate on their personal purchases each calendar month, reflecting their advanced position and contribution within the Riman network.

9-3 Eligible Commissions and Incentives:

  • Team Leader Commissions:
    • Senior Directors are entitled to all Team Leader commissions as outlined in Section 7-3.
  • Leadership Incentive:
    • Senior Director Group’s Sales Volume: Earn 1.5% of the sales volume (BP) from your Senior Director Group.
      • Example: If there is a Director within your Senior Director Group who earns a 1% Leadership Incentive, the remaining 0.5% of the Leadership Incentive is awarded to the Senior Director.
      • The Senior Director Group includes all Planners below the rank of Senior Director, with Directors potentially being part of this group.
    • 1st Generation Director Group’s Sales Volume: Earn an additional 0.5% of the sales volume (BP) from this group.
  • Leadership Match:
    • Earn up to 15% of commissions from up to 5 generations of qualified Team Leaders.
      • Qualification Criteria: Require 10,000 BP in the own Team Leader Group each month.
      • Team Leaders not meeting this BP threshold are excluded from the Leadership Match.
    • Match Percentages:
      • 1st Generation Team Leader: 15% of their commission.
      • 2nd and 3rd Generation Team Leaders: 10% of their commission.
      • 4th Generation Team Leader: 5% of their commission.
      • The commission for Leadership Match includes 50% of Rebate and Retail Commission + 100% of Sponsorship Commission earned by the generational Team Leaders.
  • LAS (Leadership Achievement Score) Incentive:
    • Share 1% of RIMAN’s global Sales Volume based on LAS score among Directors and above.
    • LAS points are awarded based on the highest rank within a single leg: 2 points for Director, 3 points for Senior Director, and 4 points for National Director.

9-4 Incentive Requirement:

  • BP Threshold for Commission Eligibility:
    • Senior Directors need to achieve 100,000 BP monthly between their Director Group and 1st generation Director Group(s) to be eligible for commissions.
    • A maximum of 50,000 BP (50% of this requirement) can be sourced from the 1st generation Director Group.
    • Consequences of Non-Fulfillment: Failing to meet this requirement means forfeiting Leadership Incentives and LAS Incentives, although Team Leader commissions will still be earned.

9-5 Senior Director Maintenance Requirement:

  • BP Requirement for Rank Maintenance:
    • Maintain a monthly sales volume of 300,000 BP between the Director Group and 1st generation Director Group(s).
    • Up to 150,000 BP (50% of this requirement) can come from a 1st generation Director Group.
    • Additionally, maintain 2 qualified Director or higher legs within the team structure.

9-6 Rank Relegation:

  • Demotion Criteria for Non-Maintenance:
    • If the maintenance requirements are not met for 6 consecutive months, the Senior Director rank will be downgraded based on the sales volume achieved during this 6-month period.
  • Requalification Process Post-Relegation:
    • To regain the Senior Director rank, achieve 300,000 BP in a month, combining the Director Group and 1st Generation Director Group(s).
    • A maximum of 150,000 BP (50% of this requirement) is allowed from the 1st generation Director Group during the requalification period.
