Section 5: Manager – Summary and Detailed Breakdown

Section 5 delineates the specific qualifications, rebates, and commissions applicable to the rank of Manager in the Riman network. It emphasizes the requirements for maintaining active customer relationships, achieving business points (BP) targets, and adhering to monthly resale regulations.

5-1 Qualification:

  • Customer and BP Requirements:
    • Active Customers: A Manager must have at least 3 Active Customers each month. An Active Customer is defined as a Beauty Customer who makes a purchase during a calendar month.
    • BP Accumulation: Accumulate 3,000 BP within the Personal Team over the most recent 3 months. The Personal Team includes the Manager and Planners they personally sponsor (1st level).
    • Volume Contribution: Customer Sales directly generated by the Manager count towards qualification.
    • Volume Limit from Sponsored Planners: Up to 1,500 BP (50% of the qualification) can be included from the Planners sponsored in the 1st level.
    • Time Frame: The most recent 3 months are considered the current calendar month plus the two previous months.
  • Non-Compliance Consequence: If the Manager doesn’t have 3 Active Customers for a month, rebates and commissions will be withheld until the month the requirement is met.

5-2 Eligible Rebate:

  • Personal Purchase Rebate: Managers receive a 25% rebate on their personal purchases made in a calendar month.

5-3 Eligible Commissions:

  • Overview of Commission Structure:
    • Retail Commission: Earn 25% on the BP generated from all customer sales in a calendar month.
    • Sponsorship Commission: Earn the difference between the Manager’s 25% commission and the rebates and commissions of the 1st Level Team based on their rank. A flat 5% Sponsorship Commission is earned on any Managers in the 1st level.
      • Earn 15% on 1st level Planners (25% minus the 10% that Planners earn).
      • Earn 5% on 1st level Managers.

5-4 Monthly Customer List Qualification (70% Rule):

  • Resale Requirement for High Personal Purchases:
    • If monthly personal purchases exceed $1,000, proof of customer sales on 70% of purchases above $1,000 is required.
    • Example: For a purchase of $1,200, $140 (70% of $200) must be resold, and proof of this resale is necessary.
    • Non-Compliance Consequence: Failure to meet this requirement by the end of the following month results in a temporary halt on future purchases until the requirement is met.
