Section 10: National Director – Detailed Breakdown

Section 10 focuses on the National Director rank within the Riman plan, detailing the criteria for qualification, rebates, and team structure. It emphasizes maintaining a specified number of active customers, achieving a high Business Points (BP) target, and developing a robust team with multiple Director legs.

10-1 Qualification:

  • Active Customer Requirement:
    • National Directors must maintain 5 Active Customers each month to be eligible for rebates and commissions. An Active Customer is defined as a Beauty Customer who makes a purchase during a calendar month.
    • Consequence for Non-Compliance: Rebates and commissions are withheld if this requirement is not met.
  • BP Accumulation:
    • National Directors need to achieve 500,000 BP in a month, combining their Director Group and 1st generation Director Group(s).
    • Contribution Limit: Up to 250,000 BP can be included from a single 1st generation Director Group.
  • Leadership Structure:
    • Requirement to have 4 Director legs within their team structure.

10-2 Eligible Rebate:

  • Personal Purchase Rebate:
    • National Directors receive a 45% rebate on their personal purchases each calendar month, reflecting their high rank and significant contribution within the Riman network.

10-3 Eligible Commissions and Incentives:

  • Team Leader Commissions:
    • National Directors are entitled to all Team Leader commissions as described in Section 7-3.
  • Leadership Incentive:
    • National Director Group’s Sales Volume: Earn 2% of the sales volume (BP) from your National Director Group.
      • Examples of Incentive Distribution:
        • If there is a Director in your group: After they receive their 1% Leadership Incentive, the remaining 1% is given to the National Director.
        • If there is a Senior Director: After they receive their 1.5% Leadership Incentive, the remaining 0.5% is given to the National Director.
      • The National Director Group includes all Planners below the rank of National Director, with Directors and Senior Directors potentially being part of this group.
    • 1st Generation Director Group’s Sales Volume: Additionally, earn 0.5% of the sales volume (BP) from this group.
  • Leadership Match:
    • Earn up to 15% of commissions from up to 6 generations of qualified Team Leaders.
      • Qualification Criteria: Require 10,000 BP in the own Team Leader Group each month.
      • Exclusion of Team Leaders not meeting the BP threshold from Leadership Match.
    • Match Percentages:
      • 1st Generation Team Leader: 15% of their commission.
      • 2nd and 3rd Generation Team Leaders: 10%.
      • 4th to 6th Generation Team Leaders: 5%.
      • The commission for Leadership Match includes 50% of Rebate and Retail Commission + 100% of Sponsorship Commission earned by the generational Team Leaders.
  • LAS (Leadership Achievement Score) Incentive:
    • Share 1% of RIMAN’s global Sales Volume based on LAS score among Directors and above.
    • LAS points are awarded based on the highest rank within a single leg and accumulated from each leg plus the National Director’s own rank.

10-4 Incentive Requirement:

  • BP Threshold for Commission Calculation:
    • National Directors must achieve 100,000 BP monthly between their Director Group and 1st generation Director Group(s) to earn commissions.
    • A maximum of 50,000 BP (50% of this requirement) can be contributed from the 1st generation Director Group.
    • Consequences of Non-Fulfillment: Failing to meet this requirement results in forfeiture of Leadership Incentives and LAS Incentives. However, Team Leader commissions are still earned.

10-5 National Director Maintenance Requirement:

  • BP Requirement for Rank Maintenance:
    • Maintain a monthly sales volume of 500,000 BP in the entire team.
    • Up to 250,000 BP (50% of this requirement) can be sourced from a 1st generation Director Group.
    • Additionally, maintain 4 qualified Director or higher legs within the team structure.

10-6 Rank Relegation:

  • Criteria for Demotion Due to Non-Maintenance:
    • National Directors face rank relegation if the maintenance requirements are not met for 6 consecutive months, based on the sales volume achieved during this period.
  • Requalification Process Post-Relegation:
    • To regain the National Director rank, achieve 500,000 BP in a month, combining the Director Group and 1st Generation Director Group(s).
    • A maximum of 250,000 BP (50% of this requirement) is allowed from the 1st generation Director Group during requalification.
